In an age of social media and Artificial Intelligence, it’s easy to overlook the talent and artistry that went into everyday advertisements and commercial work. Before computers and generative AI transformed art and graphic design, travel posters used to harken of exotic places and faraway lands; Science and technology used to merge with artisan hands for patents, invention, and scientific renderings. Sentiments of bygone eras were carefully handwritten on vibrant Victorian or Edwardian holiday cards.
Unfortunately, the artisan, handmade craft of yesteryear has been replaced in favor of cheap massed produced, and increasingly AI generated content.
To honor the artisans of the past, we have collected, and restored Vintage Artwork from genres like Advertising, Scientific and Patents, Holidays, Comics, Movies, Travel and so much more.
We rescue, retouch, color balance, and repair these images; we bring the original glory back to forgotten masterpieces. Originally started as a fun family hobby, To date,The Art of Vintage, has collected and secured the rights to well over 4,000 unique vintage posters and art images and sells fine art prints from this collection at markets and fairs across Colorado.
All the posters and prints we sell at our booth are fine art reproductions printed archival matte paper. Crowds love our Vintage Posters, and visiting our booth, to sample the nostalgia, authentic handmade art, high quality prints, and vintage vibes!

We source images from private and public collections, specializing in images from the 1920s-1960s, celebrating the art of the mid century and dawn of modern pop culture.
Started as a side project of Colorado based photographers, we use our photography and digital imagery skills to restore images to their finest, and print them on high quality, archival paper.
Our collection of 4,000 posters and prints, and includes many that are not available through other vendors or online retailers. Some of the images we sell are familiar to you, but when you buy from us, you know your getting a high quality product.
